Welcome to Satkar Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. operated by Satkar Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Satkar Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides digital and creative services including but not limited to:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social Media Marketing
Digital VCard Design & Development
Video Shoot & Editing
Reels & Podcast Production
Logo Designing & Branding
Brochure & Graphic Designing
Digital Marketing Consultancy

2. Payment Terms

All services are provided on a paid basis as per the agreed quotation or contract. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Any applicable taxes (GST) will be charged additionally as per law.

Service Interruption for Non-Payment

If payment remains overdue beyond the agreed timeline:

We reserve the right to suspend or interrupt any ongoing services, including websites, hosting, digital assets, or marketing activities, without prior notice until dues are cleared.
We shall not be liable for any loss arising from such suspension.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Supply required content, materials, approvals, and feedback on time
Ensure that all provided materials do not violate any laws or third- party rights

4. Delay Due to Non-Submission of Required Data

Timely completion of projects depends on client cooperation.

If the client fails to provide required data, content, approvals, or materials for more than 6 (six) months, the project/contract will be considered automatically terminated.

All advance payments made will be non- refundable
Revival of the project will require a new agreement and additional charges

5. Scope of Work & Additional Charges

Services will be delivered strictly according to the agreed scope mentioned in the quotation or proposal.

Any work beyond the agreed scope - including revisions, new features, additional pages, redesigns, strategy changes, or extra deliverables - will be treated as additional work and charged separately.

Work will begin only after approval of the revised cost.

6. Podcast & Media Production Disclaimer

For podcast recordings, interviews, or video productions:

The client (or participant) is solely responsible for the statements, opinions, claims, or information shared during recording.

Satkar Software Solution Pvt. Ltd.:

Does not endorse or verify such statements
Shall not be liable for any legal issues, disputes, or consequences arising from the content
Acts only as a production and distribution service provider

Clients must ensure their content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe any third- party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client's property only after full payment is received. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits, business, or data
Service disruptions caused by third- party providers
Events beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

Payment obligations are not met
Client violates these terms
Client engages in unlawful or unethical activities

Any outstanding dues will remain payable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
